Scotts International, founded in 2017, is a culmination of over 15 years of industry experience in assisting companies using market information and research to assess risk and opportunities in different markets. We work in close partnership with numerous specialist Publishers and Custom Research providers from across the world and use our knowledge to support, introduce and make recommendations. 2.6 How long is this information kept?

We keep your personal information in our systems for as long is necessary unless otherwise instructed. We operated a clear opt-in opt-out policy and will hold your personal information until we have received written request to update or delete details, however certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

If you opened an account which has been dormant for more than 2 years it may be closed automatically. In these circumstances, we will contact to verify before closing the account.

3 Reviewing / Deleting personal information

3.1 Can I review what personal information you have?

Under Data Protection Acts you have the right to request details of the personal information Scotts International holds as well as to correct any mistakes. Information requests are free of charge and should be submitted in writing to the contact details at the bottom of this policy. To ensure security we may ask you to provide confirmation of your identity.

If you have registered an account with Scotts international we provide you the mechanism to review and update your information through the Scotts International website. Using your Login and the Password created your account can be accessed and details can be edited.

3.2 Can I delete my data?

As highlighted in 2.5 and 3.1 above we keep your personal information in our systems for as long is necessary unless otherwise instructed. We operated a clear opt-in opt-out policy and will hold your personal information until we have received written request to update or delete details. At any moment, you can instruct us of your wish to unsubscribe or change your preferences. If you wish for us to delete your personal data please contact us on the details below in writing, however, certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

4 If you are aged under 18

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such individuals to create an account on our website or use our services without the express permission of a parent/guardian. If you are under 18 we ask you not to register for our services or send any personal information about yourself to us.

Should we learn that we have collected any personal information from someone under the age of 18 we will delete this information immediately. If you have created an Account with us this can be deleted at any time. If significant changes are made to this policy and how we use your personal information we will send you notification of these changes.
